FAQs and Resources
You will receive weaned founders six weeks after DNA microinjection.
You will receive weaned progeny six to eight weeks after in vitro fertilization. This is shorter than a typical quarantine process and the resulting mice are pathogen-free.
We should be able to produce as many as 100 pups within a week of range by in vitro fertilization.
We may be able to save the line by performing in vitro fertilization, intracytoplasmic sperm injection or round spermatid injection followed by embryo transfer to surrogates of a calm strain.
Customized and detailed protocol will be provided to the user after a consultation.
