This is an exciting and transformational time for Cedars-Sinai—which was ranked as the No. 7 hospital in the nation by U.S. News & World Report in 2020-21, No. 7 for cancer in the nation and No. 1 for cancer in California, which encompasses the Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute, as well as all cancer research and clinical activities across Cedars-Sinai.
Director of Cedars-Sinai Cancer
All of the best treatments we have today to fight cancer were once clinical trials. Cedars-Sinai investigators are currently conducting hundreds of clinical research projects encompassing basic, translational, clinical, and health services research, covering the entire spectrum of cancer investigation.
One of the most important roles of an academic medical center is to ensure the successful future of healthcare, a responsibility that we meet through our graduate medical education residency programs.
The standards of excellence that have made Cedars-Sinai known around the world for expertise in patient care and advanced medical research are portrayed in the wide range of fellowship experiences available here.
Cedars-Sinai has non-degree educational certifications, formal trainings, internships and other ongoing opportunities to benefit students and professionals at all levels of their medical and professional careers.
