Cedars-Sinai Remains Open and Ready to Support Our Patients and Community During Evolving Emergency

As Southern California grapples with a third week of devastating wildfires, Cedars-Sinai continues to actively support our patients, employees and the community at large.

Cedars-Sinai continues to proceed with a full surgical schedule. Our Medical Network has reopened most outpatient offices and surgery centers that had been temporarily closed, including locations in Los Feliz, Pasadena and Santa Monica. Some of our Altadena locations remain closed as we work to reopen them. Healthcare professionals in our Brentwood/West LA office are caring for patients virtually for the time being. Cedars-Sinai Connect continues to offer 24/7 access to virtual care to all residents, including children 3-17 years old, during the current natural disaster. This week, the medical center’s Community Benefit Giving Office is issuing more than $250,000 in grants to nonprofit organizations supporting wildfire relief and recovery efforts.
