Clinical Informatics Fellows

Meet all of our distinguished Clinical Informatics fellows.

Renato Florian

Residency: Kettering Medical Center

Dr. Florian went to medical school at Loma Linda University before training in internal medicine at Kettering Medical Center. During residency he was drawn to health IT and quality improvement, serving as the resident representative in the physician advisory committee to the EHR. He continued in this pursuit, completing a chief residency in quality and patient safety at the Loma Linda VA. His interests in informatics include improving EHR usability, decreasing provider IT burden, and chiefly, utilizing data science to identify health disparities and address inappropriate variance in healthcare delivery.

Christopher Libby

Medical School: University of Massachusetts Medical School

Graduate School: Boston University (MPH)

Residency: University of Central Florida, Gainesville

Dr. Libby went to medical school at the University of Massachusetts Medical School prior to training in emergency medicine at the University of Central Florida, Gainesville.
