Residents who wish to apply for the Cedars-Sinai Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management Fellowship must submit an application along with four references, including one from their residency program director and two from anesthesiology faculty members with whom the resident has worked within the last two years. Additional references are accepted.

The application deadline for the academic year is May 31 of the prior year.
This program uses the common application. Interested parties may download the application and email their application and required documents to Leticia Diaz, Residency and Fellowship Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Fellowship Selection Committee will review all complete applications after the May 31 deadline. Candidates will then be contacted for an interview.
