Rev. Pamela Lazor, MDiv, ACPE Certified Educator serves as manager for the Cedars-Sinai Clinical Pastoral Education Program. She is ordained in the Presbyterian Church, U.S.A. and is an ACPE Certified Educator for clinical pastoral education.

Rev. Lazor completed her clinical pastoral education internship, residency and certified educator training in the UCLA Health System. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and systematic theology, an honors degree in systematic theology from Rhodes University in South Africa, and a Master of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California.

Rev. Lazor served for 12 years at Los Angeles-area Presbyterian churches as a director of ministries for children, youth, college students, families and visitation; and as a preacher and teacher.

Her chaplaincy experience includes psychiatry, oncology, neonatal, transplant and general hospital ministry. She served for three years as a clinical pastoral education supervisor in the Spiritual Care Department at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, and for two years as the manager and clinical pastoral education supervisor of the Spiritual Care Department at UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center. At Cedars-Sinai, she launched the first clinical pastoral education program less than a year after her start date. She supervises between four to eight clinical pastoral education students per unit.

Rev. Lazor is a recipient of the ACPE Emerging Leader Award and the ACPE Inspiration Award. She served as the ACPE representative for the updating of the Common Qualifications and Competencies for Professional Chaplaincy (2016) and has served as a member and chair of the ACPE Pacific Area accreditation committee, as an ACPE Accreditation Commissioner, chair-elect (2018-2019) and chair of the ACPE national Accreditation Commission (2019-2020). She has also served as a member of the ACPE Leadership Development Committee (2021-2023), and currently serves as an ACPE Accreditation National Site Team Chair (2021-present) and as ACPE Foundation Board chair-elect (2023-present).
