Cedars-Sinai is home to the world's largest heart transplant program, and among the most innovative and highly regarded structural heart, robotic cardiac and thoracic surgery programs in the U.S. Our congenital cardiac surgery rotation is at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, home of one of the nation's preeminent pediatric training programs. These programs offer an outstanding all-around educational experience.
Residents will be part of an incredibly rich, academic environment—each year our research and thought leadership features in hundreds of publications in journals including Nature, New England Journal of Medicine, JAMA, Lancet and leading specialty journals.
Training & Curriculum
