Sensitivity to medicines and food preservatives

• Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as ibuprofen and naproxen
• Sulfites used as preservatives in foods and drinks

Exercise

• Strenuous physical exercise 
• Long-term activities, such as long-distance running
