- Available software includes standard statistical packages such as SAS, R, Minitab, StatXact, LogXact and Stata/SE.
- Sample size and power computation applications such as PASS, and custom-written applications.
- Tools for methodology research such as Mathematica, Intel® FORTRAN, NAG Fortran Library Mark, Cygwin, WinBUGS.
