Dr. Krems listened to my concerns about having felt depressed in the fall and again this past spring after having lost my mom. I had been her care-giver for several years and am having difficulty getting along in my new normal of not being a care-giver. He asked me if I was interested in therapy, and told me about a collaborative care team Cedars has where I can receive zoom visits for behavioral health. I agreed.

Dr. Krems was almost yelling at me when I asked I want some imagery work done and have concerns about my problem. I felt not important and my health issues were ignored. I am absolutely upset and disappointed after my visit.
