When I express that I only wanted my son to receive a covid test and a doctor was not necessary, I wish my request was agreed to. I did not like the push that I "had" to see a doctor. Especially when the records showed he was with his primary two days prior.

I was having a bad day and he sit there and just listen to, listened to me in understood like a real doctor. I just admired him. He was patient, tolerant, and everything that I said that he repeated to make sure that I... that he understood what I was saying. He took time to cater to his patients and that was me. I call it public relations skills.

The PA that I saw, he looked very tired and I think I was definitely one of the last patients for the day, but he was still, you know, kind and listened to what I had to say, but I think next time I would appreciate more medical feedback from him. I felt like I was kind of left to my own accord in terms of like what I wanted, but I felt like there should have been more guidance from the professional.

The following CS employees were very helpful to me yesterday: (1)My PCP(DR. Simpler) who I talked to me on the phone who recommended that I go to my CS urgent care office in Culver City on Hughes Ave. The following people at this urgent care were great: (2)the door guard(3)the check-in receptionist(4)the tech who took my vitals before seeing the Dr(5)The Physician(PA) who did a thorough review of my needs(6)the 2 blood technicians who drew my blood(7)a back office employ who answered answered a question I had when we met in the hallway.

PA Frost had great bedside manners. He spent enough time with my daughter, checked both her foot and hip. Turned out it was a foot sprain, he ace bandaged her up and even followed up the following day (but I was unable to answer the phone call). Hands down the best doctor! I appreciate his professionalism and great patient care.

You guys provided amazing service at your Cedar Sinai urgent care in Culver City. It was efficient, fast, easy, straight to the point. Even your system that you are as use with the app, made everything super easy and super convenient. I personally don't have Cedar Sinai and I'm thinking about switching over because everything was perfect.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Ryan was thorough and went above and beyond when I was I wasn't able to get into a hand surgeon until the middle of May. When I called and spoke to Susan, at the front desk, and told her the situation, she took the information and called me back after speaking to Ryan. Between the two of them they got me an appointment with the hand surgeon for the next morning. They don't know how much I appreciated their help and caring attitude. They both deserve gold stars!

I came for a Covid test. I had no symptoms it was for precaution. I was forced to wear an additional mask despite my telling the provider that I have. COPD/emphesyma and to no avail. I was put in a room and the door closed for considerable amount of time. When I opened the door for air, they continuously closed it. At one point an Asian assistant came and raised her voice at me and was rude. She demanded I close the door. The attending doctor did not come and they refused to give me an estimated time. I walked out without being seen. Very unsympathetic and rude staff.

Have basic interest in 'why' we are there. If fatigue is causing his disconnect with patient care he should ask for another doctor to be assigned with him specially at peek hours. Aside from that, the clerical, nurse at the front desk and my swabbing LVN were amazing

I went in for certain things and when I was expressing to the check in nurse what the reasons were she wrote everything down. So when the provider came in, he says, okay. we're only going to address these two but in the conversations when I would ask him questions, he would cut me off or like Mumble. And like, almost I put his hands up in the air when I told him that somebody in my home had covid like just assuming I had it, which I came out negative. Not only that he, when I looked at my notes he didn't discuss a lot of what he put on my after visit notes with me. Something to do with the history of lime disease. A lot of other things that are on there, that I just, I don't understand. And when I asked him to clarify, he almost got bothered because I was asking that and It's just it was a really bad experience. He didn't make me feel like he was had any

Yeah, Ryan did a really good job with me to you know, what my symptoms were. And what issues I was experiencing and was able to answer any questions I had. And... and then come up with solutions that were right from my medical situation. So overall it was a great experience.

He seemed as if i was beneath him, he made me feel self conscious. He was not friendly and he seemed as if he didnt want to touch me. He also didnt introduce himself and when I left out, he didnt even look up. I have been using Cedar Sanai for over 28 years since the birth of my first child and never have i felt this way

Yes, this doctor I actually told him this after the visit that he was one of the most amazing doctors ever. He listened to me. He gave me the time he didn't rush. He answered all my questions. If by provider you mean Cedars-Sinai, the facility was immaculate, the staff professional and really good listeners. I didn't feel rushed at all. The physician's assistant was Very kind, professional and an excellent listener. I had great confidence in him. Same for the assistants who gave me the Covid-19 test, took my vital signs, and drew blood. Everyone was great.

Excellent medical care and efficient procedure. Well run, professional and caring people from the security guard who checks you in, to the intake people and everyone who comes into the treatment room. My injury was minor (knife laceration on finger) but bled heavily. Received 2 stitches. Small injury but I was treated well. It was a pleasure and was convenient to my house. A+ job, thanks.
