The Doctor was very kind and friendly. She listened very well and with patience to all my questions and concerns. She really made an effort to include me in the decision making of my care. Dr Shadbehr is a wonderful doctor who listens intently and explains all treatment options. She also knows how to help me through the treatment by talking to me and asking me questions so that I do not get too anxious about the use of needles. She's extremely caring, thorough, and personable.

This was a follow up visit. Dr. Shadber was very friendly and asked how I was doing and If the medications were helping. I described to dr Shadber my symptoms and she explained and was very clear in the further course of treatment. She gave me time to ask questions and addressed my concerns. She is a truly an amazing doctor!

Dr. Shadbehr seems nice, but spoke so quickly and rushed through my appointment that I really don't feel that I got any answers. She prescribed medication, and an MRI which the soonest they could get me in is two weeks away. And my follow up is over 6 weeks away until she will even discuss what the MRI findings are with me. Also not acceptable, I hope nothing turns up in the MRI, but god forbid something serious is going on I have to wait 6 weeks for the news make sense to me.

She did not talk to me about what kind of headaches I was having, she seemed quite impatient with my questions and I didn't feel as though she listened to me. This is quite disappointing as I waited for this appointment for almost two months. I felt like I was a hassle to her and that my questions annoyed her. I felt as though she was condescending and I feel the level of care I received isn't up to the standard of care Cedars-Sinai has always maintained. It was highly disappointing. I felt as though she talked at me and rushed through my questions and I didn't receive an explanation of what is even going on and why my options are what they are.
