Dr. Cinman asked a number of questions, listened carefully to my responses, and made thoughtful suggestions about how to proceed. I found both the nurse and Dr. Cinman to be warm, engaged and very professional.

Dr. Cinman is friendly, informative and knowledgeable. She is also a good listener and showed caring and concerns of my problem. She also showed courtesy and empathy, making me feel comfortable when examined me throughout the process.

Maybe it's bad chemistry, I do not feel this doctor cares, I'm not that comfortable in even speaking with her. Our last phone visit, I had prepared questions that I never got to ask. She decided that a procedure was necessary one that I think should have been preformed at the beginning of our visit to help determine cause. I have been dealing with this problem since August of this year. I do not wish to be treated by this physician. To make matters worse my primary has left the practice, there is no coordination in my care. Service has changed in other areas and not for the better. I've been a member of the group since 2001, this is the first time I'm considering making a change

As I described previously she was very good at the doctor's office but once I left and I needed the follow-up to schedule a procedure she has not contacted me and I am in pain which is terrible to do to a customer

Dr. Cinman is knowledgeable and respectful. She is a good listener and is patient. Being a male and be seen by a female doctor, I was a bit uneasy initially but She is friendly and made me feel comfortable as she examined me discreetly. She is very professional and I was at ease by the end with her advice.
