My first time meeting Dr Ounis and cannot stress how impressed I was with them. I'm usually a once a year person (annual physical) so don't interact that often with healthcare but Dr Ounis left a strong impression.

Dr. Ounis was very helpful and explained in detail what I needed to get my blood work in order. She sent out referrals that could guide me where I needed to go with phone numbers. Last time I didn't get phone numbers so I never was able to contact any referrrals. This doctor helped me with that important information

Dr. Ounis is my new doctor after my previous dr left cedars. Dr Ounis actually listened to my concerns and didn't brush it off as anxiety as previous MDs have. She made me feel heard in every way as she was ordering labs and CT scans. I absolutely am so glad I found her and will only ever be receiving care from her.

She forgot to mention about the pre-diabetes management part. We only knew about it when we asked for the list of our referrals. By the way, the receptionist did not provide the list on our way out, it just so happen I remembered it before leaving the building and so I returned back to the office. Question should the receptionist know about those referrals or the patient need to ask if there's any?

She incorrectly stated in my report "hot flashes". I don't have hot flashes. I mentioned having extreme chills and then getting hot. Provider didn't understand my challenge of coming into the office due to infection and feeling very poorly. She suggested wearing gloves to come in but I couldn't do so at the time. She was pleasant and perhaps a better fit for someone w/o complex needs.
