Hi, I continue to be very impressed and grateful for the care and concern that. I am receiving from Dr. Syal and Dr. Gool. I feel very fortunate to be part of their clinic and feel like we're working together collaboratively . They have a wonderful bed side manner and are willing to discuss anything as it relates to my conditions. It was only my first visit, but I already feel like I'm in great hands with this team of providers. I have had negative experiences with other doctors at different practices, so being treated so well here was extremely validating.

Dr. Syal was respectful, patient, kind and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions regarding my condition, including many other gastroenterologists have overlooked or dismissed. He has single handedly restored my faith in Cedars Sinai.

The whole team was amazing! Starting with the nurse, so much experience and made me feel like I was in the right place! Then the intake doctor was great, took so much time and patience going through my long history. Then he explained Crohn's to me in a way no one else has. Very helpful. The nutritionist was a total bonus! Very excited to follow up with her!

I was treated very well from beginning to end and lead through the process wonderfully. You have such a good and caring staff and a wonderfully kind and knowledgeable physician in Dr. Syal. It was a wonderful experience and I will try and only go to Cedars Sinai for the rest of my life when I need medical treatment.

Dr. Syal and the entire care team gave me the best health care experience I've ever had. I was almost in tears with gratitude for finally having doctor and a care team even, who treated me with such respect and took so much time to explain everything going on with my Crohn's disease. I have been seeing other specialists outside of Cedars since 2018 and over the past 3 years my condition was never treated correctly. I only kept getting worse. I am finally on a road to getting this into remission and I feel so thankful to Dr. Syal and his wonderful team.

Dr. Syal definitely knows his stuff, but made me feel rushed. I understand why a nurse was in there taking notes for him but I think I would have preferred it just be me and him, not for privacy reasons, but just because it was really distracting to me. Otherwise I had a really good experience.

I appreciated the way he leaned into my situation with detailed information, while showing concern and listening to my perspective. He did not appear rushed and had clearly reviewed my medical history before I arrived. I trust he will be a valuable partner in my jpouch health.

Everyone was so nice, very helpful, very knowledgeable with the medical issues that I've had over the last few years. By far this is the best location and treatment that I've gotten. Everyone was so professional and nice and seemed to really care about you as an individual and that you aren't just another number, someone that they were trying to get through. Enjoyed it very much, would recommend to anybody, very professional, top notch.
