What Patients Are Saying
Jul 30, 2025
The PA that initially came in was great. She was friendly, animated, seemed concerned. She was going to do an ultrasound in the room to get better at them. Physician seemed rushed. He seemed disinterested and even if my concerns did not really concern him, I did not feel important. He said he didn't do in office ultrasound because he wasn't as good at them. I am going to Europe for 2 months and if I had a thyroid cyst, I wouldn't worry about it. ) At the end of the short visit, he said "you can leave now, go to the right." I felt stupid for coming. I think I could have felt good about the visit in the same amount of time with a different approach. Instead, I got "it's not a big deal" and "I'm not worried about it".
