Dr. Merz is one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She is thorough, she knows exactly my history, knows what I need, has taken excellent care of me. The staff is courteous and wonderful and knowledgeable. I could not be more pleased with the service I have received, and have referred so many others to her because I am so pleased. Thank you.

Dr. Bairey-Merz has a good process using a Fellow to get detailed history so that Dr. Bairey-Merz can use her time efficiently and effectively with me. It's a bit different than my previous experience with my long time cardiologist who retired and spent more time with me but I'm adjusting to it and to Cedars-Sinai process. I like being able to read the notes following my visit. It definitely helps my communication with the doctor for future visits.

Dr. Bairey Merz, I was extremely fortunate to see her. To have a doctor of her caliber, most intelligent, common sense, very caring, very attentive. There isn't anything that I can think of that she is lacking in. Cedars is so so fortunate to have her and I am so fortunate to have discovered her. I would say she is one of the best if not the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of taking care of me and I am the lucky one to have discovered he.

Rude, condescending, does not take inventory of symptoms, no thorough physical exam, does not read referring provider notes, would not look up diagnosis or pay attention to scan rereads or biopsy notes, spent two minutes in the room, mocked me for bringing scans and results in when I was asked to do so, mocked me for bringing up a suggestion another doctor had, major major ego problem

The staff at Cedars-Sinai AHSP Womens Heart Center provides excellent customer service. They are always willing and ready to assist in anyway they can with a smile. The nurses are knowledgeable, professional, caring, and very patient. Dr Bailey Mertz is definitely one of the best - if not the best doctor I have ever had. She is intelligent, knowledgeable, professional, yet down to earth with excellent bedside manner. I feel honored and privileged to have her as my physician.

She has a poor bed side manner. She's very intelligent and is world renowned. But her bed side manner is unfortunate. And if she doesn't like what you say, she gets angry and very abrupt.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bairey-Merz's since 2009. She is very professional, kind and actually cares about you. She not only treats your current symptoms, but she's also thinking about what can happen in the future and strives to prevent that from happening. I saw a few cardiologist before her, and she's definitely the best I've found in the Southern California area.
