The treatment plan was discussed very quickly with four letter acronyms used which were and are foreign to me. I looked them up so I now have a better understanding but it would have been nice to have it explained more thoroughly. I have a lot of allergies to meds and the script is at the highest dose of the med and I would like to know the reasoning behind that decision. Still a very positive experience but these are my concerns

This is my second visit with Dr.Merz . She and the two physicians that were also on the call are extremely helpful in explaining the need for current labs and how a cardiac calcium scan could be of benefit to me . Dr. Merz was just as I remember here from my first visit . She was attentive , friendly , which put me at ease, and thorough in explaining my plan of care . She included me in the decision making process and answered all my questions .

Dr. Bairey Merz is outstanding, and one of the best physicians I've ever worked with. I have anxiety about my concerns being dismissed given previous experiences, and she listened completely and never once did I feel invalidated or dismissed.

Dr. Bairey-Merz, simply put, is one of the finest doctors in practice. As my cardiologist for nearly 30 years, she has kept me not alive, but high functioning. All doctors should have here skills, patience, knowledge and compassion.

I saw the Fellow first (Amer), prior to seeing Dr. Bairey-Merz. My answers, above, refer to Dr. Bairey-Merz, however I would also rate Amer a '5', when it came to Listening to me, and Showing Concern for my Questions. Dr. Bairey-Merz has always made me feel as though I was under the best care possible, and this visit was no exception.

The dr was more than 15 minutes late. I left the video visit because he was late and then they called to tell me to rejoin the video visit. When I did, the dr couldn't hear me and visa versa.
