Casey was amazing! She was so compassionate and gave me the time I needed. So very helpful and relieved stress I had about my illness. The previous NP from the video appt the week prior was the same way. Both my husband and I were very impressed with both NPs'. Thank you for providing such lovely, knowledgeable and compassionate employees. I always feel so lucky and appreciated to have such people like to assist me with my medical needs. I hope you realize what a value they are not only for me but for you guys as well.

She was very patient & asked good questions & as it turns out, she prescribed an inhaler which was the single best thing I had in my arsenal to get over the 2-week crud

I was extremely satisfied with the care I got from the person I spoke to. They were so thorough with my care and made sure to take some time to understand what I was experiencing/going through. They asked me lots of questions and made me feel seen and heard. It was one of the best cares I have experienced.

It was challenging for me to answer this question because I was not seen by my physician I thought I was to see. With that being said, the person I did see was okay and she did express a concern.

The NP that saw me wasn't really that helpful. She told me everything that I already know. I ask for Paxlovid because my condition has gotten worse, and all she can tell me is that I am not high risk. It seems like she didn't even read the Uptodate app to at least read about the medication.
