The Supportive Care Medicine consultation service is available to any patient admitted to Cedars-Sinai. The interdisciplinary team consists of physicians, nurse practitioners, licensed clinical social workers, a pharmacist and a chaplain who work with patients, families and the rest of the medical team to provide an additional layer of support and care coordination.
