Kenneth Leeds, MD, joined the Medical Staff of Cedars-Sinai in the 1970s as an otolaryngologist. In the late 1980s he became an early member of Cedars-Sinai’s Bioethics Committee, eventually serving as co-chair for three years. In 2005, he stepped into the role as acting director of the Center for Healthcare Ethics, and in 2007, having retired from clinical practice, agree to serve as the Center’s Associate Director. He has been semi-retired from the Center since 2019 and currently assists with administrative responsibilities associated with Cedars-Sinai’s Clinical Ethics Consultation Service.
