Christianity

For more than 100 years, Cedars-Sinai’s role as a Jewish hospital has been to provide compassionate care to people of all faiths and backgrounds.  Our values motivate us to offer chaplains of various traditions and celebrations of many major holidays for our diverse community of patients, their loved ones, and our caregivers.

If you are a patient, visitor or if you work at Cedars-Sinai, you can still follow your Christian traditions and observances while you're here. Mass, Christian worship and fellowship take place in the chapel each week, and we offer services on Christian holidays—both are broadcast on closed-circuit TV to patient rooms and other areas.

Advance healthcare directives are also provided, so you can make crucial healthcare decisions that are in accordance with your faith.

There are many nearby churches where you can attend services, worship and study.
