About the Cedars-Sinai Healthy Habits Program

At Cedars-Sinai, we believe it's never too early to develop Healthy Habits for life. As part of a strategic effort to combat childhood obesity, Cedars-Sinai is helping children and families improve their lifestyles through healthy eating and physical activity with programs, reaching elementary school students, eighth-graders, parents of preschool children, and families in underserved communities.

To meet the health needs of the community, Cedars-Sinai's Healthy Habits are programs coordinated and implemented with a focus on continued ongoing presence in targeted geographic communities; programs for multiple audiences within a community; programs that grow as community partnerships grow; and programs that meet the needs of a community, as expressed by the community.
