Cedars-Sinai Opens First Location Serving Los Feliz Area

Urgent Care, Primary Care and OB-GYN Now Available in New Space on Hillhurst Avenue

Cedars-Sinai has opened new offices offering urgent care for adults and children, primary care and OB-GYN care in one convenient, new building in the heart of Los Feliz. The modern, 10,000-square-foot space is Cedars-Sinai’s first location serving communities in this area.

Board-certified Cedars-Sinai physicians—supported by qualified and compassionate healthcare professionals—are now seeing patients in all three specialties. Two primary care physicians and two gynecologists at Cedars-Sinai’s Los Feliz office are accepting new patients.

The offices, located at 1922 Hillhurst Ave., just north of Franklin Avenue, also offer on-site labs and X-rays as well as underground parking. Most forms of insurance are accepted, including HMO, POS, PPO and Medicare.

“The opening of our Los Feliz location marks another milestone for Cedars-Sinai as we bring more services farther east, closer to where patients work and live,” said John E. Jenrette, MD, executive vice president of the Cedars-Sinai Medical Network. “These new services John Jenrette, MDadd to our growing presence in the region through Cedars-Sinai’s affiliation with Huntington Health’s network of physicians in the San Gabriel Valley and Huntington Hospital in Pasadena.”

At Cedars-Sinai Los Feliz, urgent care will offer extended hours seven days a week. Walk-ins are welcome, and patients can use Save My Spot on the Cedars-Sinai website or the Cedars-Sinai mobile app to reserve their place in line to minimize their wait upon arrival. Urgent care serves as a convenient option for patients who need immediate help but are not experiencing a true medical emergency that would require a trip to the Emergency Department.

“We look forward to welcoming the community to Cedars-Sinai’s home in Los Feliz, where they can receive our expert care without leaving their neighborhood,” Jenrette said.
