COVID-19: Accessing Care

We Are Open

The health and safety of our patients is our top priority. We remain available and committed to serving all of your healthcare needs—including emergency, primary, specialty and urgent care—during this time.

Please know that it is safe to see us. It is important to not delay your healthcare. Many of our physician offices remain open for patient care, and we also are available by email through My CS-Link™️ or 24/7 by phone at 1-800-CEDARS-1 (1-800-233-2771). Patients also can schedule video visits with a Cedars-Sinai provider through the Cedars-Sinai mobile app.

Scheduling New and Postponed Surgeries

We understand certain visits and procedures have been delayed for many weeks. We currently are scheduling new and postponed appointments and procedures, based on guidance from county and state health authorities. We are proceeding with caution, putting the health and safety of our patients and staff first. Please contact us like you would during any other time, so we can help determine your next steps for care. We will provide additional updates as the COVID-19 situation evolves.

Outpatient Appointments Postponement

Please know we have taken a number of precautionary measures to ensure your safety at all of our offices and sites. This includes health and temperature screenings, separation of patients with respiratory and non-respiratory symptoms, masking of patients and staff, hand sanitization and other measures. If you have questions about an upcoming appointment, please contact your provider's office for further guidance. You can also learn more about all the ways we are ensuring your safety on our website.

Event Cancellations

To help ensure the safety of our community during the COVID-19 outbreak, we're postponing or canceling select Cedars-Sinai events. Please check the events calendar for updates or contact event organizers to confirm.
