Insurance Coverage for Medi-Cal Participants
Overview
The Cedars‑Sinai Primary Adult Care Clinic and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center are in-network for Molina Medi-Cal members age 21 and older who are currently enrolled with a primary care physician (PCP) overseeing the care provided by our internal medicine residents. However, we are not accepting new members at this time.
Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Plans
Cedars‑Sinai is contracted with Brandman Centers for Senior Care and InnovAGE. To qualify for enrollment, you must:
- Be 55 years or older.
- Meet the requirement for skilled nursing home care as determined by an assessment by the PACE organization’s interdisciplinary team.
- Be certified by the California Department of Health Care Services.
- Live in a service area (county and ZIP code) served by a PACE program.
- Be able to live in the community without jeopardizing your health or safety.
