Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Excellence in Nursing Designation Renewed
In 2008, Cedars-Sinai became one of only six hospitals in the nation to receive its third consecutive Magnet Excellence in Nursing designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Cedars-Sinai became the first medical center in Southern California in 2000 to receive the Magnet designation.
The ANCC found that Cedars-Sinai's nursing services "represent the highest standards in the nation and internationally."
