
Stewart Middler, MD, is a board-certified internist and endocrinologist with the Cedars-Sinai Medical Group. Dr. Middler is the Director of Cedars-Sinai Medical Group's Executive Medical Services Program and also oversees the Bone Density Program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Group.
Dr. Middler earned his medical degree at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), School of Medicine, where he also received a bachelor's degree (summa cum laude). He performed his internship at the UCLA Medical Center and his residencies at the UCLA Medical Center and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He performed a fellowship with the Endocrine Branch, National Heart and Lung Institute of Health, in Bethesda, Md. He also obtained doctorate in physiology from UCLA.
Before joining Cedars-Sinai Medical Group in 1995, Dr. Middler was in private practice for 22 years. At the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, he has been a clinical chief in the division of endocrinology; a member of the Medical Advisory Committee; a member of the Medical Executive Committee, the secretary of the medical staff; and an associate clinical chief in Cedars-Sinai's Department of Medicine. In addition, he is a clinical professor in the Department of Medicine at the UCLA School of Medicine.
Dr. Middler is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Diabetes Association, and the Endocrine Society.
