Welcome to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center

The Hospital

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is the largest multi-specialty hospital on the West Coast. It is consistently named the "Most Preferred Hospital for All Health Needs" in National Research Corporation's (NRC) annual Healthcare Market Guide survey and is listed as the "Best of the Best" by US News and World Report in 2007 and 2008. It also is a Level I Trauma Center.

The Surgical Education Program

The Department of Surgery is devoted to surgical education, and medical students are an integral part of the surgical care we give our patients. Students are involved in the daily patient care on their surgical team. The surgical team consists of residents, fellows, and attendings.
